A New Beginning, A New Journey

As time moves forward and new chapters unfold, it has been more than three months since the groundbreaking ceremony of Jiangxi Kaiyuan Automation Equipment Co., Ltd.’s new plant. Construction has continued to progress in an orderly manner. Looking back to the start of the project, challenges accompanied every step. During the initial stage, issues such as geological surveys, construction plan optimization, and material logistics coordination arose one after another, putting pressure on the schedule. Yet, facing these challenges, both the owner and the contractor quickly adopted a “one chessboard” mindset: daily on-site coordination meetings were held, problems were listed and responsibilities assigned; technical teams went deep into the front line to detect potential risks, while construction crews worked in 24-hour shifts to respond promptly. From adjusting the excavation angle of the foundation to adapt to local soil characteristics, to optimizing material transport routes to reduce schedule losses, both parties turned difficulties into “stepping stones” for progress through close collaboration and efficient communication, ensuring steady advancement of the project.

After nearly a hundred days and nights of hard work, the project site has taken on a new look: the once barren slope has been leveled, and the contours of the factory area are now clearly visible; the foundation, made of thousands of tons of concrete, is solid and stable, laying a strong base for the next construction phase. More importantly, the project team has always placed “safety and quality” first: not only establishing a comprehensive safety management system covering all aspects such as electrical use, high-altitude operations, and machinery handling, but also assigning dedicated safety officers for real-time inspection, conducting a total of 12 safety training sessions and 4 emergency drills. In terms of quality control, a three-level inspection mechanism has been implemented—from raw material testing to process sampling and final review—along with a “signature confirmation” system for each procedure. With rigorous standards, the team has built a strong quality defense line, ensuring safe and efficient project progress.

At present, as construction enters a crucial stage, steel beam installation has become the key process determining the structural quality of the main plant building. As the “skeleton” of future production workshops, the installation precision of the steel beams directly affects the plant’s load-bearing safety and service life. To tackle this challenge, the project team and the steel beam supplier formed a special task group: technical staff were stationed in advance at the supplier’s facility to participate in precision calibration during beam production. During on-site construction, a dual assurance method combining total station positioning and drone aerial monitoring was adopted to make real-time adjustments to beam angles and joint gaps. Through close coordination, the team meticulously fine-tuned every installation detail, successfully overcoming difficulties such as large beam size, high installation difficulty, and complex technical requirements—ensuring that the steel beams were erected safely, efficiently, and within a short time frame.
